2024 Tax Notices and Assessment Open House

The 2024 Property Assessment and Tax Notices for the County of St. Paul will be mailed on Friday, May 10. Taxes are due and payable on or before June 30.

Payments can be made online. Visit our Tax & Assessments webpage to learn more.  Payments can also be made by mail or in person. Please do not submit cash.

Will I receive a tax receipt?

If you require a copy of your tax receipt, contact our Tax Department at [email protected].

What if I don’t receive my notice?

If you do not receive your tax notice by June 7, 2024, please contact the County office at 780-645-3301.

I’ve recently moved, will I still receive my Tax Notice?

If you have recently moved and changed your mailing address, please complete and submit a Change of Address form and call the Administration Office at 780-645-3301.

Assessment Open House

The County of St. Paul will be holding an OPEN HOUSE with our assessors from Accurate Assessment Group to discuss any inquiries you may have regarding your assessment.

Join us on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at our Administration office located at 5015 49 Avenue. Please call the Tax Department at 587-465-1506 or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment.

The Assessment Appeal Deadline for 2024 assessments is July 17, 2024.
