County Grants

Find funding opportunities available to local organizations for capital projects, community events, and other projects taking place in the County.

Community Aggregate Levy Fund

The Community Aggregate Payment Levy is collected from sand and gravel shipments and businesses operating within the County. The funds help support infrastructure and community enhancement within the municipality.

Organizations can apply to the Community Aggregate Levy Fund for capital projects located within the County of St. Paul.

Applications are reviewed quarterly by the Aggregate Levy Committee, which determines eligibility and how funds are allocated. Successful applicants are notified after the Committee completes its review.

Application Deadlines

Applications are accepted four times each year:

March 20
June 20
September 20
December 20

Applicants are encouraged to read the CAP Levy Bylaw and are asked to submit their applications by email to [email protected] with the email subject line ‘Community Aggregate Levy Fund’.

Community Grant Funding

Community Grant Funding supports events, new projects, or the next phase of an ongoing project taking place within the County.

Funding is available to registered societies or charities located within the County of St. Paul. The amount of funding available can change from year to year depending on the number of applications received and the County’s annual operating budget.

Applications are reviewed by Council, and successful applicants are notified within 60 days of the County receiving their application.
