Citizen Self-Serve gives residents and other account holders secure online access to information about:
- Property taxes
- Tax accounts and assessments
- Utility accounts
- Accounts receivable
Citizen Self-Serve is for viewing accounts and documents only. Payments cannot be made through this service.
How to Register
To register for Citizen Self-Serve, you’ll need your Owner Number and an Account Number.
Your Owner Number can be found on any of the following:
- Tax Notice
- Utility Invoice
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Invoice
Once you have this information:
Open Citizen Self-Serve and select Register.
Enter your Owner Number.
Enter an Account Number and select the corresponding account type.
Select Submit and follow the prompts to provide your email address and set up your login.
Check your email for a confirmation message and follow the link to set your password.
Once registration is complete, return to Citizen Self-Serve and select Sign On.
The confirmation link sent by email expires, so be sure to complete your registration after receiving it.
Already Registered?
Open Citizen Self-Serve and select Sign On. Enter your Owner Number and password to access your account information.
